Why can't I create a bracket?

One of two reasons: either A) the playoff matchups haven't been set yet or B) the window for bracket entries is closed for this season (usually a few days after the first game). If you missed out, be sure to create an account anyway, and we'll email you next year.

I lost my password. Help!

Click here, enter your email address and we'll send you a new password.

Why can't join my friend's group?

It's probably because your entry was created/edited after the start of the first playoff game. If your group owner wants, he can check the "Accept Late Entries?" box on the Edit Group page, and then you'll be allowed in.

What's the deadline for bracket entries?

Entries created/edited after the start of the first playoff game (for 2013 this is 3:00 pm ET on April 20) are not eligible for the leaderboard. However, to give people some more time, the final cutoff isn't until a few days later (for 2013 this is 8:00 pm ET April 22).
